My Story.

Security isn't just a career for me—it's a calling that began during my six years serving in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. The military taught me that protecting what matters requires discipline, vigilance, and an unwavering commitment to the mission.

That foundation led me to cybersecurity, where I've spent over six years helping organizations build resilient security programs. I've had the opportunity to shape security policy, lead awareness initiatives that changed how employees think about risk, and develop frameworks for managing third-party vulnerabilities across GRC, application, data, and AI security domains.

Today, I focus on data security, secure SDLC practices, and using tools like Claude Code to enhance GRC workflows. I'm pursuing my Master's in Information Security Engineering through SANS and regularly attend OWASP conferences to stay current with emerging threats and best practices.
